1. Product Exchanges:

• Exchanges are available within 7 days of purchase for retail products, except for tools, hair extensions, and sale items.

• Hair Services are considered a final sale. However, if you have concerns within the first 7 days, please let us know—we are happy to address them and work with you to ensure you're completely satisfied with the results.

2. Pricing:

• Prices for services may vary depending on the stylist's experience and expertise.

• Prices are subject to change at any time.

• Consultations are always complimentary, so feel free to ask about any concerns or ideas you have before booking your appointment.

3. Late Arrivals & Cancellations:

• If you are running late, please give us a call. While we’ll do our best to accommodate you, your service may be shortened to ensure we stay on schedule for other clients.

• We kindly ask for 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Health & Safety Guidelines:

• If you are feeling unwell or have tested positive for COVID-19, please reschedule your appointment.

• We ask that you adhere to any health and safety guidelines in place at the time of your appointment for everyone's safety.

5. Payment & Gratuity:

• We accept cash, debit, and credit cards.

• Gratuity is always appreciated but never expected and can be given in cash or added to your card payment.
