Welcome to EPIC Hair Studio – A New Chapter ✨

After 16 incredible years of owning and operating EPIC Hair Studio, the time has come for a change — but don't worry, I'm not putting down my scissors!

I recently sold my larger salon and made the decision to downsize, allowing me to step away from the demands of running a full-size salon while continuing to do what I have loved for more than three decades — doing hair and taking care of my clients.

EPIC Hair Studio is still here. I have kept the EPIC Hair Studio name, the same phone number, and most importantly, my passion for the industry and the clients who have supported me throughout the years.

About Us

A New Home for EPIC

You can now find me just up the street at 567 St. Anne's Road, where EPIC Hair Studio operates from a smaller, more intimate space inside Artistly.

After 34 years behind the chair, I still genuinely love what I do. Colour continues to be one of my greatest passions, along with creating beautiful cuts, round-brush blowouts, upstyles, bridal hair and personalized looks for my clients.

This new chapter gives me the opportunity to focus more on the part of the business I've always loved most — being behind the chair.

While EPIC may look a little different these days, the heart behind it hasn't changed. You can still expect the same creativity, professional service, quality products and personal attention you've come to know over the years.

To all of my clients who have supported EPIC Hair Studio throughout the past 16 years — thank you. Your loyalty, friendships and trust have meant more to me than I could ever put into words.

And to new clients, I look forward to welcoming you to my chair and introducing you to the next chapter of EPIC.

I may have sold the salon, but I haven't retired from doing hair.

EPIC Hair Studio Policies

At EPIC Hair Studio, my goal is to provide every client with a professional, comfortable and personalized experience. Now located inside Artistly at 567 St. Anne’s Road, EPIC Hair Studio continues to offer the same quality service and attention to detail in a smaller, more intimate setting.

Please take a moment to review my salon policies before your appointment.

1. Product Exchanges

Retail products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, with the exception of tools, hair extensions and sale items.

Hair services are considered a final sale. However, your satisfaction is very important to me. If you have any concerns about your service, please contact me within 7 days of your appointment. I am happy to discuss your concerns and, when appropriate, work with you to make reasonable adjustments.

2. Service Pricing

Service prices may vary depending on the length and thickness of your hair, the amount of product required, and the time or complexity involved in achieving your desired result.

Prices are subject to change.

Consultations are always complimentary. If you're considering a new colour, style or significant change, I encourage you to book a consultation so we can discuss your ideas, expectations, hair history and estimated pricing before your appointment.

3. Late Arrivals & Cancellations

If you're running late, please call or let me know as soon as possible. I will always do my best to accommodate you; however, your service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled if there is not enough time to complete it properly without affecting the next appointment.

I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Health & Wellness

If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness, please contact me to reschedule your appointment.

I appreciate your consideration in helping keep the salon environment comfortable and healthy for everyone.

5. Payment & Gratuity

EPIC Hair Studio accepts cash, debit and credit cards.

Gratuities are always appreciated but never expected and may be given in cash or added to your card payment.

After 16 wonderful years at our previous location, EPIC Hair Studio has moved!

You can now find Amber just up the street at 567 St. Anne’s Road, operating EPIC Hair Studio from a smaller, more personal studio space located inside Artistly.

While the location has changed, EPIC Hair Studio, Amber, and the phone number you know remain the same. This new chapter allows Amber to continue doing what she loves most—providing her clients with personalized, professional hair services in a comfortable and welcoming environment.

Meet Amber

With 32 years of experience in the beauty industry, Amber is the owner and Master Stylist behind EPIC Hair Studio. Hair has been her passion throughout her career, and she loves helping her clients look and feel their best.

Colour is where Amber truly loves to get creative. From subtle, natural-looking refreshes to complete colour transformations, she enjoys creating customized looks that complement each client's style and personality.

Amber also specializes in round-brush blowouts, styling and upstyling, including beautiful bridal and special-event hair.

After years of operating a larger salon and working alongside a team of talented stylists, Amber has chosen to downsize EPIC Hair Studio and create a more intimate salon experience. Clients can expect the same friendly service, creativity and attention to detail they have come to know—just in a new space.

Bleona... Junior Stylist

Bleona graduated from the Manitoba Institute of Trades and Technology in 2022 and has been passionate about beauty from a young age. She loves using her creativity to help clients look and feel their absolute best — whether it’s a soft balayage, custom color, precision haircut, or a flawless blowout. Her warm personality and genuine love for what she does make every appointment a relaxing and uplifting experience.

When she’s not in the salon, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and daughter, bringing that same joy and care she shares with her clients into her everyday life.
